This is what a typical day eating might look like:
7:30 breakfast : oatmeal pancakes with blueberries, 1/2 cup egg whites + 1 egg
10:00 snack: slice of ezekiel bread with 1 tbs PB
12:30 Lunch: Chicken Florentine with 3oz sweet potato
3:30 snack: Turbo Tuna
6:00 snack (post lifting): 1-2 scoops protein powder + water
6:45 Dinner: spinach and salmon salad with walnuts
9:00 snack: cottage cheese with flax seeds
